i was pretty excited to get my haircut today but leaving the place i was in tears because of the attitudes from both of the stylists. plus, my haircut didn't turn out the way i wanted it to. didn't even get my receipt to know my stylists name.

First of all I get it, but it seems more time is spent cleaning than cutting hair. Is this a corporate mandate. A little hair on the ground won't hurt anyone.

Awesome experience. Never had a problem with service. Hair cuts has always been spot on. Jackie is awesome with listening how I would want my hair done. Thank You
